[lug] NIC Speed

How can I tell what speed my NIC is negotiating? I don't know if it is a
10 or 100 hub it is plugged in to. Is there a way to tell from the box
what speed it is seeing. Like in Windows you can see the speed setting
with it's little "two computers" icon. I assume there is some way to
tell the same thing from the command line in Linux. I have searched high
and low and looked at dmesg and everything in /proc/net/.
