[lug] freebsd q: API for finding memsize?

Offtopic (unless you're a FreeBSD fanatic too)...

Does anyone know if there is an API for querying a FreeBSD box for how much
memory is available?  Can I query kvm() for this?  Is there an offset in
the kernel memory space I can look at or something?
