[lug] OT: wmv to avi (or mpg or mov)

Hey,
Before I take the day experience of trying the multi program/step process of 
trying to convert a windows media video to avi or mpeg, does any one know of 
programs out there that can do this in a quick single step, or at least stay 
within one program.
