[lug] perl mod for quickbooks

Excel can export to csv, perl can read csv. Quickbooks can also export
directly to csv. (Choose print to file, csv.)

I've downloaded pm.asp, but haven't played with it.

Please report back, I'd be very interested in hearing how it goes.
