My only problem with reply to all is that if enough people on the list
get involved in the discussion, you reproduce the members of the list in
your to: and cc: fields which seems to defeat the purpose of a mailing
list.  You also get a bunch of duplicates of the messages.

I prefer the munging.  On almost all of the mailing lists I am on, it is
rare that I need to reply individually, so I don't mind the little extra
effort to cut and paste an address.
