Hello,

I am trying to backup my home dir before going ahead with a RH 7.2-7.3
upgrade. I keep most stuff on another machine that is NFS mounted at
/home/peter/archive, but there are some things in my local home that I'd like
to save.

So I did "cp -ax * archive/backup/." with ~ as my working directory. Now, I'd
think that he "x" would keep it from "looping" because it wouldn't be copying
anything on the NFS filesystem, but that isn't what's happening; it is
happily recursing down into archive/.

Any ideas?
