You have two choices:

 1) un-install freetype-devel-2.0.3-7 (if you aren't a developer, 
    you probably aren't using it),

 or

 2) simultaneously upgrade *both* packages (that is, both 
    freetype-2.0.9-2gtk and freetype-2.0.9-2gtk-devel)
