[lug] [OT] PHP rates?

Keep in mind $32hr in Kansas City is not equal to $32hr in Denver/Boulder Colorado (cost of living adj).
I would say that $30-$35hr for F/T employment sounds about right and $75-$125 for an outsourced consultant in Colorado Area.
