I'd recommend anyone who might ever want to work on cables or wall jacks 
for RJ-45 download and save this one. One part that was hard to find 
elsewhere is a pin number reference. Many references say color, and 
somewhere mention a pin number, but do not give any way to compare the 
physical connector the the number itself. It is supposed to be a Belkin 
guide, but it is a useful general guide on colors and pins.
