The boot server and the hostname were assigned by DHCP as best as I can 
see. I'm not sure if it assigns the the netmask as well.
I know I've set the netmask in my /etc/sysconfig/network and in the 
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 files.
