[lug] ipchains & port forwarding

Hi all:

I'm trying to do some video conferencing on a M$ (and possibly a Mac). 
I'm using pmfirewall to a handle ipchains firewall.  The same server
(with the firewall) is currently working for 2 other machines for ip
masq'ing/forwarding.  Can some guru help me make sure that I have my
rule set correctly?  

IPCHAINS -A input -p tcp -s $REMOTENET -d InternalMachineName 1718:1820
-j ACCEPT -l

Would this allow for all incoming packets to be properly forwarded to
the appropriate machine?
