It's the guy's first ever website that he working on at 2:00am.  Just look at the site itself, one can tell it's someones first web page.  

I do agree you should look at the W3C to learn how to code HTML the correct way, but there are very few 100% compliant sites on the web!

??Why start another web page for newbies?? Nothing against your site, but there are tons of other ones that far surpass your site?  If it's to learn, go for it!!!
