There was a thread on the yellowdog mailing list site that had some info
on remapping Mac keys under PPC-Linux. There is also a FAQ (again,
Yellowdog) on that as well.
Another resource point is penguinppc.org.
Linux is the best use for Mac hardware I've seen yet :)
