i was so burned by 5.0 that i haven't been back for a .0 release
from redhat.  it was so bad that i turned it into a philosophy:
always wait for x.1  (well, redhat 3.0.3 was ok, but that's still
not really a .0)

it has served me well with netscape and SuSE.

i guess it would be pretty silly to apply it to debian =)
