[lug] new local Red Hat 8.0 mirror

Hi folks,

Thanks to Kevin Fenzi who distributed the ISOs at the HackingSociety
meeting in Boulder last night:

I've just setup a Red Hat 8.0 and KRUD 7.3 (both for x86) server at:

  ftp://gamma1.mines.edu/

and I hope y'all will fund it useful.  Please let me know if there are
any problems.
