I would start by going into the XF86Config-4 file, and finding the
option to turn off AGP entirely. I think this depends on the video card
and drivers being used, so I can't say offhand what the option is. If
you get it stable with (a) AGP disabled and (b) OpenGL hardware accel
disabled, then you can add them back in one at a time (start with AGP,
consider getting 2x working before 4x).
