[lug] Access control lists

not knowing anything about it (when has that ever stopped me though :),
I would assume that there were a kernel module that needs modprobe'ing.

I'd also do rpm -ql acl|grep doc and look in any directories that pop
out (I'd do it for all the rpm's you listed).
