Try http://www.quarter-flash.com - it should come up, albeit with an
error since I haven't finished installing the CMS :)

How long ago did you update your IP at dyndns.org? Perhaps it hasn't
propogated yet - have you tried connecting using just your address?

And the third thing I'd look into (because I know how I am) would be
ensuring that apache was running. :)

	I don't believe they filter ports - if I recall correctly they
don't really investigate unless they get complaints about performance
and then they start checking traffic/logs to see who the culprit might
be. And running any service is officially against the service agreement.
