[lug] Reconfiguring CPAN ftp sites

Thanks for the help.  I wound up having to edit
/usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/CPAN/Config.pm
manually and remove the ftp.cs site.  I couldn't figure out how to save my
in-perl editing.

I know CPAN is powerful, but I wind up with problems every time I use it.
Older perl version it wants me to upgrade, mirrors that are down, etc.
Ah, well.  I have it working now.
