If it is compiled in (either directly or as a module), linux has no 
problem reading either fat32 (of various flavors) or ntfs. If a win2k 
floppy is unreadable, perhaps encryption was turned on for the floppy? 
mount -t vfat /dev/fd0 /mnt/floppy.
