[lug] TACACS+ and RH 8.0

I am using Cisco's TACACS+ on Red Hat 8.0 and I can authenticate fine
against a local password file.  If I point TACACS+ to the /etc/shadow
file I get "Password has expired" - even with no expry or one years in
the future.  Id the the RH 8.0 /etc/shadow file format different
enought so that TACACS+ isn't finding the expry info where it expects it?
