[lug] Flash plugin for mozilla 1.2.1 or Konqueror 3.0.3-13?

Recently upgraded to KRUD/RedHat 8.0.

When I try to access a website with any Flash content, mozilla hangs. I 
tried updating to that latest release from mozilla.org and it still 
happens. 

Konqueror puts up a message like 
Unable to load Netscape plugin for 
http://www.releaseteam.com/releaseteam.swf instead of hanging...

This is a real pain on sites that don't have a way to avoid the flash.

Any pointers to appropriate docs would be very helpful.
