If you want to bind DHCPd to a specific interface you can do that at the
command line. Depending on how you call the dhcpd....
for RedHat (I don't have anything else installed right now) you can add a
line to /etc/sysconfig/dhcpd like this:
DHCPDARGS=eth1
or eth0 or whatever interface you want.
If you have your own script or run it by yourself or whatever at the cli
# dhcpd eth0
Simple enough. Hope that helps.
