This looks to me like that rpm is trying to create the directory 
/etc/init.d, but chkconfig already created that dir.  Hence the 
"conflict".  There should be no problem installing it anyway.

To by safe, you might want to tar up /etc/init.d before the install, but I 
predict no problems.
