- From the 'ps' man page (man ps):

       Programs swapped out to disk will be shown without command
       line  arguments, and unless the c option is given, in brackets.

So, your httpd has been swapped out. 

Some of the other ones are kernel threads, which for some reason
always show swapped out. I guess because they are in kernel space all
the time.
