[lug] apt-get and vim-rt

hello,

I have tried to install vim-rt, I guess this is the package I need
to have vim color code perl and html. I try this...

apt-get install vim-rt

and get this error...

ns2:~# apt-get install vim-rt
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Note, selecting vim instead of vim-rt
Sorry, vim is already the newest version.
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0  not upgraded.

I thought i apt-get'ed vim-rt before, maybe i am mistaken. Could
someone tell me what i need to do to get vi color codeing code
