[lug] Installfest flyer

Thanks to D. Stimits, we now have an updated flyer.  (Thanks also to
other volunteers who have emailed me off the list!)

You can download the flyer, in GIMP's .xcf format, from the
installfest page on the website:

If you can spare the time, print up a few and put them in places that
attract people that might be interested in Linux!
