We've just started offering "virtual dedicated" hosting, which is nice
combination of dedicated or co-located hosting and shared hosting.  It's
using User Mode Linux to provide what looks like a dedicated machine
(with root access, static IP, and basically everything you'd expect from
a dedicated machine) at a price that's competitive with shared hosting.
