[lug] Contact management software

Are there packages of contact management software that people have been 
especially pleased of displeased with?

We're particularly interested in finding something we can run on our 
Linux webserver and access remotely when we're on the road.

Something customizable in perl would be great, and the ability to easily 
import data dumped from Goldmine would be a help.
