[lug] mkisofs CREATOR/TYPE hfs advice

Hey, 

I'd like to use mkisofs to make a cd with an hfs file system.  However, I
can't seem to find a "standard" map file, or any guidance on what
information I should put in the fields, and how that would effect the
result on the finished CD. 

Has anyone else done this before?  What did you use for your CREATOR/TYPE
entries?  And why did you use what you used?
