And if anyone is interested, I found a way to turn your Actiontec 1520**
into a plain router.  I have a 16 IP netblock and I'll be damned if I
can't run world reachable services on every single one of them.  If
anyone is interested in this, let me know, I will write up a howto
shortly.  Not to mention that I prefer OpenBSD as a firewall anyways.
