In my opinion, it would most certainly be Speakeasy:

www.speakeasy.net

Former customer due to a move (now use Ionsky: www.ionsky.com - *excellent), 
and I was always extremely happy.

They host www.rpmfind.net and provide privileged access (bandwidth) to their
customers.  Super Linux friendly.
