I'll second that! I know I'm not a business and don't make a dent in 
KRUD sales, but it would be a perfect example of how open source can 
save the day.

PS: Yay! They finally replaced my underground Intenet cable connect, 
which was rotting away since April...now I need to find out if it 
actually fixed anything :P
