Earlier risers may want to watch Channel 9 tomorrow morning (Friday,
September 19) when NIST will be featured on their news program between 5
and 7 a.m. Greg Moss, a Channel 9 news reporter, will be broadcasting live
from the fountain atomic clock laboratory in Building 1. Every Friday
morning Greg does a feature called "Where in the Town is Greg Moss?" This
Friday Greg will be in Boulder at NIST. In addition to discussing
timekeeping with Tom O'Brian, Chief of the Time and Frequency Division,
Gregg will also feature segments on the anechoic chamber in Wing 6 and the
World Trade Center steel investigation in Building 2. The segments will be
broadcast at 5:40 a.m., 6:10 a.m. and 6:40 a.m. Channel 9 says they have 1
million viewers for their early morning news program and it's considered
the most successful, local early morning news show in the top 50 markets in
