The Guinness may be premature.  Mariusz needs PPPoE and I think your 
link won't do that for him.

This doesn't seem quite complete (doesn't cover CHAP or setting up DHCP, 
e.g.) but look around on the Cisco site and you'll probably find the 
CBOS user manual and modem operating guide.
