[lug] Linux replacement for Dreamweaver 2004

Sages of Linux,

I'm wondering if there's something that runs on Linux that is free or open
source and has both graphical and text web site editing like Dreamweaver
MX 2004.

I am about to get started on a number of volunteer projects for
not-for-profits and don't want to hand code all of it.  It's probably
going to be some fairly simple websites that don't warrant PHPNuke, or
something on those lines.  Any ideas?

No, vi doesn't count...nor does emacs in case you were wondering...and I
do know how to use google and freshmeat... ;-)
