[lug] Typo correction in meeting announcement

Hi, everyone.

The Boulder Linux Users Group meeting will be on Thursday, November
13th.  Sorry for the confusion - I made a cut-and-paste error in the
meeting announcement.

(And now I'm going to write a quick script to correctly generate the
monthly announcements.  And another to remind me to make them sooner.)
