Online registration for the ISART 2004 conference is now available at

register early since space is limited.  

ISART is a forum created to explore the current state of the radio art by
bringing together a diverse collection of experts from academia, business,
and government agencies to share and debate their points of view.

This year's featured speakers include:

   - David Farber, Distinguished Career Professor of Computer Science and
                   Public Policy, Carnegie Mellon University, Former FCC
                   Chief of Technology 

   - Dr. Preston Marshall, Program Manager,Advanced Technology Office, Defense
                           Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA) 

   - Dr. Jens Zander, Center for Wireless Systems (Wireless at KTH), Royal
                      Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, Sweden
