XF86Config-4 is not usual name nowadays, this filename was used years 
agon, switching from release 3 to 4.  I am using Redhat-9.0 on my laptop 
switching between touchpad and USB-Mouse frequently,  this config should 
do for USB mouse for desktop, too:
