[lug] OT power line communication

The Denver Post business section has an article on power line use as a
connection for internet traffic into the home.  There is, as can be
exptected, no technical information as to how it is hoped that it
might work. Is it TDMA, FDMA, or CDMA, etc? What data rates have been
achieved? And are hoped for? Where can I find info about this? I'm not
having much luck with Google. Its all business hype, with no technical
info., and not even any real business info.
