[lug] tcpdump dumper?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a tcpdump dumper?  I want a 
clean presentation of the data (IRC traffic, in this case), not 
the headers.  I'm looking for something that can be attached to 
email messages, for example, so I don't think I'm looking for 
something like ethereal or karpski.

tcpdump -X doesn't work since it includes the headers and doesn't 
intuitively show the direction of the traffic.

I found nstreams, but it appears to only identify the traffic, not 
dump it.
