[lug] Semi OT: HSI and Hosting

Here in Denver Qwest DSL is 1meg up / 1.5 down, and with a good ISP (I
use viawest) that is a real good deal for hosting.

I've had really good uptime - it never seems to be down.    The only
question is can you get that kind of speed where you live?   I'd go on
qwest.com and find out.
