[lug] DNS setup question for RedHat 9

DHCP will control that file and populate it with whatever your DHCP 
server feeds it.  If you have a static IP, I suggest you setup your 
system manually and not rely on DHCP.. I am not certain that you can 
tell DHCP to *not* load anything other than IP and gateway.. but perhaps 
that is an option.
