[lug] Ethereal - installing problems

The "rpm -qli ethereal" is good stuff! Thanks, although I don't think I
would have picked up on the tethereal thing.
I have started to figure out that stuff gets stuck in /usr/sbin, so I'm
not as dumb as I think sometimes!
Once you mentioned there was no gui, that prompted me to hit the website
for further info. (The reason I didn't pursue that further is the
windoze install included the gui, no reason to think the FC install
wouldn't, eh?)
So now I see two choices for the gui: gnome & gtk+
I'll try & figure out if there's a benefit or difference, especially
since I'm running kde desktop.
