My company uses Volt Services Group (http://volt.com) as our source for 
contractor positions, and recently I have been disappointed at the 
quality and quantity of the Linux candidates we have been seeing.  This 
is sad to me, because from being on this list, I know that there is a 
strong community of good Linux hackers in the area, and many of them are 
without employment, :(

I'm told that Volt does not advertise, so I figured I would take it upon 
my self to let my fellow geeks know that that they appear to be in need 
of a few good penguins.
