[lug] OT: Office space for software startup wanted

We're looking for office space to lease (or sublease) near the Pearl Street
Mall in Boulder.  Initially, just a couple of hackers, but growing to 4-5
people over the course of a year, and probably interested in something on
the order of 150-400 sq. ft.  If anyone knows of anyone looking to make a
few extra bucks off some extra space, or some other (smart, sharp,
interesting, fun) folks looking to split office space, I'd appreciate the
