[lug] NLD sudoers file

I've been playing around with Novell Linux Desktop, and this bit me in
the sudoers file:

# Defaults specification
Defaults targetpw    # ask for the password of the target user i.e. root
%users ALL=(ALL) ALL # WARNING! Only use this together with 'Defaults targetpw'!

So, with the default configuration of sudo, you need to know the root
password to use sudo for root tasks.  This is silly.  Just comment
those two lines, save the config, and it'll work the way you're used
to.

This was tested with NLD 9 sp1.
