[lug] Stripping mime parts

I've noticed that a large part of my email archive is taken up by multi-part
mime, where there is both a text and an html version of many of the emails,
and the html version adds absolutely nothing.  I have looked in the Debian
package list, and I see many packages dealing with mime.  Anybody know off the
top of their head if any of those tools can do the following:

"For any message that has both text/plain and text/html parts, strip out the
text/html part"

Also, does anyone have a procmail rule they use to filter that out at the
procmail level?
