[lug] Local phone service with Comcast--any experience?

I do have a cell, so it isn't as critical as it would have been a few
years ago.  And I've certainly had my home phone go out before, too.

Is the phone connectivity the same as the internet connectivity? 
That's impossible to tell from their information pages.
