[lug] Wrong mime type for SVG

I just got a comment about a page on my RH 9 web site, and I was wondering
how I can fix the problem. This page works fine when I checked it with IE
and Adobe's SVG viewer, so I never realized there was a problem. I vaugely
remember there's a config file somewhere where you can set mime types for
files, but maybe I'm imagining things. If anyone knows how to fix 
this, I'd appreciate the help. Here's the comment:

it looks like http://www.gisnet.com/notebook/NE_Map.htm is sending out 
the wrong mime type, it should be: image/svg+xml
